Harbor Freight Tools

Went in today to pre-order 2 tool chests and pick up some hand tools and I cannot stress that it was my best experience in a Harbor Freight EVER. I was greeted by "As" (Oz?) who was kind and helpful, answered all my questions and made the entire process easy and pleasant. The cashier, whose name I didn't catch, was also very nice. The store was clean and organized which is also a refreshing change from many other Harbor Freights. 10/10 will shop here again.

Needed to pick up a few items and I was quickly welcomed by Michelle that was very knowledgeable and quick to check if an item I was asking about may have just been delivered by truck earlier in the day. I was happy to find out that it was. She is an awesome employee. She is amazing at her job.

This company is impossible to deal with. Over charged me for an item. That was advertised a certain price. Unfortunately I had a family member go and buy it. And i was promised a gift card. Which I have had email conversations with 4 diff people. Never got the refund and they make up stupid excuses with a new person every time we talk. Never again will I spend my money here.buyers beware !

I have to remember to go to Harbor Freight before going to home depot or lowes. They have most of the same items at much lower costs.

A collection of many tools and a friendly staff to figure out what you need. Ample parking. Reasonably priced. My favorite place to find tools.
